]I practice Pranayama (almost) daily since nearly 2 years. It’s nothing, nothing at all, I still feel like a total beginner and yet I know that breath awareness and breath exercises have enhanced my practice more than anything else so far.
I find it very difficult to talk about breath, since it’s a very intimate practice. And also, it’s not really a visible practice. It happens underneath, there is not much to see. On the other hand, it’s a pracice that permits to go deep and to explore also the rest, asanas, yoga poses, or anything else, with a different ease and concentration.
